The Competent Authority has approved induction of Shri Jayant J. Naiknaware, IPS (MH:2005) as Superintendent of Police in CBI on deputation basis for an initial tenure of 4 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, as per IPS Tenure Policy, 2010.
2. MHA is requested to take up the matter with the concerned State Government immediately for his relieving in order to enable him to join the CBI on deputation basis. Necessary orders may please be issued accordingly under intimation to this Department and CBI.
