The competent authority has approved the extension of the deputation tenure for two IPS officers working as Superintendents of Police (SP) within the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Shri Shiyas A, IPS (MP:2008), SP, CBI tenure has been extended from January 6, 2022, to January 5, 2023. Similarly, Shri Kiran S., IPS (UP:2008), SP, CBI, has his tenure extended from June 9, 2022, to June 8, 2023. These extensions are valid for the specified periods or until further orders, whichever comes first.
