The Competent Authority has approved the induction of IPS officers Shri Sudhir Kallaya Hiremath and Shri Satya Veer Singh to the post of Deputy Inspector General in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The officers will hold the post for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
