The competent authority has approved the appointment of several Superintendents of Police currently serving in the CBI to the position of Deputy Inspector General within the CBI. The appointments are effective from the date each officer assumes their new responsibilities and will last for a specified period or until further notice. The officers appointed are Ms. Amanjeet Kaur, Ms. Nirmala Devi S., Shri Abhinav Khare, and Shri Ashok Kumar.
