The competent authority has approved the induction of multiple officers as Superintendents of Police in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Shri Vinayak Varma, Shri Achal Tyagi, and Shri Praveen Kumar have been appointed for a five-year term each, while Shri Gaurav Mittal has been appointed for four years, effective from the date they assume their respective charges.
