The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of several IPS officers, who are currently serving as SP in CBI, to the position of DIG within the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The officers and their tenure details are as follows: Ms. Shivani Tewari (JH:2011) to serve until March 9, 2028; Shri Manjunath Singe (MH:2011) until February 29, 2028; Shri Parvinder Singh (AGMUT:2011) until October 12, 2027; and Shri Murali Rambha (TN:2011) until July 7, 2026. The appointments are effective from the date each officer assumes charge and will last until the specified period or until further orders, whichever comes first.
