The Competent Authority has approved the induction of Ms. Manisha Choudhary, IPS (HR:2011), as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Her tenure will be for a period of five years from the date she assumes charge, or until further orders are issued, whichever comes first.
