The Government of India, through the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, has issued an Office Memorandum revising the sanctioned strength in the Private Secretaries (PS) Grade of the Central Secretariat Stenographer’s Service (CSSS). This revision stems from the 3rd Cadre Review and updates figures for various Ministries and Departments, including Fertilizers, Health & Family Welfare, Housing and Urban Affairs, Rural Development, Social Justice & Empowerment, AYUSH, Youth Affairs & Sports, and Corporate Affairs. Despite individual adjustments to post allocations across these departments, the overall sanctioned strength within the PS Grade of the CSSS cadre remains unchanged following this review.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 05.10.2018 on the subject mentioned above and to say that with the approval of the competent authority, the sanctioned strength in the grade of Private Secretaries of CSSS is hereby revised to the following Ministries/Departments under 3rd Cadre Review of CSSS:-
