This Office Memorandum concerns the 2nd Revised Draft Common Seniority List (CSL) for Senior Secretariat Assistants (SSAs) of Central Secretariat Service (CSCS) for the Select List Year 2004-2009. It references a previous OM dated May 16, 2016, requesting cadre units to conduct Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meetings for 70 officials. Subject:-2 { }^{nd } Revised Draft Common Seniority List (CSL) in the Grade of Senior Secretariat Assistants (SSAs) of CSCS for the Select List Year 2004-2009-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Division’s OM of even number dated 16^{th } May, 2016 wherein the concerned cadre units have requested to conduct DPC in respect of 70 officials whose DPC was not held in terms of DoP&T’s OM dated 30.09.2016. As on date, very few cadre units have conducted the DPC and subsequently forwarded the DPC recommendations to this Division.
- The remaining cadre units are once again requested to send the requisite information (Annexure) latest by 31^{st } May, 2016 positively so that this Division may be able to finalize the CSL-2004 to 2009.
