The Department of Personnel and Training has initiated the 1st Cadre Review of the Central Secretariat Service (CSCS). A committee was constituted on November 11, 2022, to oversee this review. This memorandum invites suggestions and inputs from CSCS Associations and individual officers regarding improvements to the cadre, best practices for management, and training needs, aligning with the Terms of Reference. Submissions should be sent to vinay.kumar.dopt@nic.in with a copy to chowdhury.r13@nic.in within 5 days of the letter’s date.

Subject Ie Cadre Review of the CSCS-Inviting proposals for the Service Associations and CSCS officers-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s Order of even number dated II.II. 2022 vide which Committee was constituted for the Ie Cadre Review of the CSCS. Attention is also invited to the Terms of Reference mentioned in the said Order.
- The stakeholder like CSCS Associations and individual officers, who want to submit their suggestions / inputs for the improvement of the cadre, best practices for cadre management, training needs, CSCS Cadre Review, etc. in consonance with the ToR, are requested to send their suggestions / inputs to this Department within 5 days from the date of this letter at email to vinay.kumar.dopt@nic.in and cc to chowdhury.rI3@nic.in.
